This team provides the link between our clients and our programmers so we can make our applications do anything you need. Our software was built with a high degree of flexibility so we can customize the program for you. We can even customize the reports so you can look at, sort and search data any way you want to.

Jon Lavinder - Director of Data Analysis

As director of Data Analysis, Jon Lavinder is an advocate for customer centric service design, process improvement, data stewardship, and review optimization. Jon joined Daticon EED in 2006 and is the architect of Discovery Process Excellence – DPX, a business process management initiative, that significantly improves the communication between teams and the quality and timeliness of customer orders. Today Jon manages the Data Analysis team responsible for the quality and accuracy of data in review and custom client requirements across three offices in the US. In addition, he continues to manage the corporate business intelligence and process improvement teams. Jon is committed to improving the speed, accuracy, and relevance of the services offered to Daticon EED clients. Jon received his BA from Western Washington University.
