Daticon EED Executive Team

Daticon EED leads the eDiscovery industry because we bring together the best people, processes and technology. At the helm of this integrated eDiscovery approach is our executive team, a group of seasoned professionals determined to maintain our leadership role by serving our clients with a commitment that makes their electronic discovery issues our own.

John H. Jessen - Founder and Chairman of the Board
Founder John H. Jessen is recognized internationally as the pioneer in the fields of computer forensics and electronic evidence discovery. He founded Daticon EED in 1987 when he realized specialists combining technical and legal expertise would be needed to address the growing number of electronic evidence issues. Jessen hired a diverse team of experts, from trial lawyers to software engineers, creating the first - and now largest - company in the industry. He has been called the “best of the breed” of electronic evidence experts by the American Bar Association (ABA) Journal and “the nation’s foremost authority on secret or deleted computer files” by Entrepreneur Magazine. Jessen directs Daticon EED’s consulting activities and develops litigation, mediation and electronic data retention strategies. He has contributed to more than 20 legal journals and publications, serves on eight professional boards and organizations, and has spoken at more than 130 conferences and forums.
