Michael Lehoux joined Daticon EED with the acquisition of Daticon, where he managed technology infrastructure and development. Now Mike drives Daticon EED’s technology product planning and execution, making sure Daticon EED provides world-class electronic discovery solutions to its customers. As a recognized leader in his field, Mike has designed and developed document management systems; implemented Web-based repository solutions; led facility management engagements; and managed large-scale litigation, M&A and government investigation projects, document reviews and productions. He has written for Computer Counsel and other legal technology publications, and he has presented at Legal Tech, LawNet (now ILTA), the ABA TechShow, and the Texas Bar Association among others.

Ken Sokol – Director, Program Management

Ken Sokol
Ken Sokol’s team is responsible for translating client, market and business requirements into actionable product and technology strategies. Working in a consultative role to provide eDiscovery solutions on the most challenging, high-risk litigation cases, Ken is a key resource for Daticon EED as well as our major law firm and corporate clients. He has over 18 years of product and service development experience, including email management, records retention and policy enforcement. Ken is focused on reducing eDiscovery cost and risk using next-generation technologies to transform the processes of identifying and reviewing vast quantities of electronic data. He is a member of The Sedona Conference Working group on Electronic Document Retention and Production, and represents Daticon EED on The Sedona Conference Vendor Panel and the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) project.
