Rosa Guido – Director of Client Services, East

Rosa Guido joined Daticon EED with our acquisition of Daticon, where she was instrumental in the development and growth of Daticon’s Client Services Group. In her current role as Director of Client Services at Daticon EED, Rosa has implemented the same project management and client service methods that earned Daticon a respected reputation in the litigation support industry. With her client-facing service model, Rosa has repeatedly won the confidence of many prominent clients and has managed numerous high-profile and complex litigation matters. Rosa’s experience gives her a greater understanding of client needs and expectations, and her familiarity with project management, vendor processing requirements and design has made her integral to the Daticon EED team. Rosa earned her B.A. at the University of Rhode Island.

David Kero – Director of Client Services, West

David is responsible for the Client Services team in the West. David previously worked at LexisNexis where for over 7 years where he was the Director of Professional Services for the Practice Management Group. As the Director he managed a team of legal technology consultants including software engineers and attorneys who were responsible for designing and developing customized document automation, document management, and case management applications primarily for corporate in-house legal departments and law firms. Prior to that, he worked as an attorney and as an independent legal technology consultant. He has a BA in Management Information Systems from Washington State University and a JD from Seattle University.

Lorraine Gulley – Senior Project Manager

Lorraine Gulley brings over 15 years of legal industry experience to the Project Management team. Lorraine began her career as a paralegal managing complex intellectual property litigation matters until she was promoted to manager of the paralegal group. Prior to joining Daticon EED, Lorraine worked with the project management team at Aspen Systems Corporation, where she was a member of the Project Management Office. Her project management experience continued to grow at FTI Consulting until she joined Daticon EED in 2006. Since joining Daticon EED, she has managed numerous litigation projects throughout the full spectrum of the litigation lifecycle.
