Accurate, Efficient Review

Review-Based Highlighting — Guides reviewers to key issues or topics by pre-defining terms associated with responsiveness, privilege or other subjective categories. Terms in each category are highlighted in a unique color for easy identification.

CompareVue Microclustering — Automates near-duplicate and email thread analysis to create relationship clusters for each document assigned to a reviewer, significantly improving review rate and coding consistency. CompareVue also automatically synchronizes annotations across exact duplicates so reviewers need only review one member of each duplicate set. For more information on CompareVue, see the data sheet.

Advanced Search Capabilities — By conducting searches more rapidly, attorneys can dig deeper into the evidence to uncover issues and information to improve case strategy. Bulk Annotation — Allows documents to be tagged based on fields for responsiveness, confidentiality, privilege and client-specified codes. Reviewers can annotate items individually or in groups, significantly increasing the rate of review.

Item Level Annotation (ILA) — This gives review managers the flexibility to use family level coding early in the process for speed and consistency, then item level coding when conducting review of items coded as being potentially privileged or confidential.

Redaction-On-Demand — Allows users to quickly create images of items for redaction “on-the-fly”. Multiple redacted views may be re-associated with the native document to simplify navigation.

EED eliminates the need for configuration of reviewers’ systems and provides Internet-based access via Microsoft Terminal Services.
