Scanning

Equipped with high-speed scanners operated by experienced staff, we can image meet your most demanding project requirements. When you take advantage of our national production facilities, you also get the benefit of local pickup and delivery services. Or, we can set up a scanning operation right at your site. You pick the solution that is best for you.

Data Indexing

Your document management database is of little use if you can't retrieve images quickly and efficiently. We deliver accurate, comprehensive retrieval indexes, and provide you with flexible, cost-effective solutions. Data entry is available at our facilities or through our offshore network of providers.

We can match and merge keyed information with your database, which substantially reduces manual indexing costs. We can also capture index information via barcode, OCR, and ICR technology. FTP services are available to quicken turnaround time and avoid the cost of shipping.

At Daticon EED, we take the utmost care in tracking and processing your data. When we receive your data, we inventory, quantify, and report back to you. We index and identify over 300 types of files. Files that are password protected, that are not user-created, or that are corrupt or unknown file types are segregated and tracked separately. And, if you've negotiated date or scope restrictions, we can apply filters for date and file type, right up front.
